The Lewis Country Family Resource Networks Mission is to strengthen and support the ability of families to protect, nurture, educate and support the development of their children so that each child’s full potential is achieved. Toward this mission, the membership’s activities will be designed to reflect what we are going to do to ensure the following:
- Community partners are aware of local and state issues that affect families
- Community groups work together to identify and address local issues using relevant information
- Local partners work together to maximize community investments
- Local partners coordinate existing community services to maximize benefits to families
- Local services and programs are provided in a way that respects and supports families
- Families have opportunities to impact decisions that affect them
