Jacqueline S. Weeks (Jacky) has been the Executive Director of the FRN since its beginnings in October 1999. She has a counseling background with a Master of Rehabilitation Counseling from Bowling Green University (Ohio). Her family moved to Buckhannon, West Virginia when her husband joined West Virginia Wesleyan College as Academic Vice President and Dean of the College. After her husband, Richard, left administration and began teaching for the History Department at WVWC, they moved from the Upshur countryside to downtown Weston with their three dogs and son.
