Charlene L. Sprouse is the Office Manager, as well as the coordinator for FRN volunteers and the Food Pantry. Charlene graduated from West Virginia Business College in 2005 with an Associates Degree in Office Administration/Medical Secretary. She is a native of Weston and has worked for the FRN since February 2006. Her family is well known and numerous in this area, namely Gartons, and Fleshers, and Sprouses galore. We joke around the office that if someone in Lewis County isn’t related to Charlene, then they are probably related to her husband “Shorty”.
